PART 1 Courses

- Pre-registration is essential for each course to take place. If there are not enough registrations done in advance, the course shall not take place. Therefore it is absolutely essential to register in advance.
- Donation Cost for each course currently is 7,500/= at the venue. If you pay in advance at Physique the cost will be 7,000/=. Cheques to be made to: 5H Services
- This part 1 course lasts for 3 days. The timings for the course are as follows: 6pm-9:30pm (Fri), 2pm-6:30pm (Sat), 10am-3pm (Sun)

PART 2 Courses

- Pre-registration is essential for each course to take place. If there are not enough registrations done in advance, the course shall not take place. Therefore it is absolutely essential to register in advance.
- Donation Cost for each course currently is 17,000/= at the venue. If you pay in advance at Physique the cost will be 16,000/=. Cheques to be made to: 5H Services
- This part 2 course lasts for 4 days.
- The venue is Kolping Conference Center on Magadi Road.
